When it comes to everyday eating choices, just remember you are in charge. You can have it all, just not all at once.
A good trick when you are dining out, is to decide when you get there ,what you would like to have. Make a choice that fits your day. Maybe you know you want the dessert, so skip the bread and have the dessert or even better share the dessert.
Next time, have the bread and and glass of wine, but skip the dessert. See you are in charge. Make a choice for this meal, then you get to select a different choice next time.
Don't approach your meal choices with a thought of depriving your self , instead know you can have it all, just not all at once.
